My recommendations are always rooted in evidence-based nutrition, and I attempt to incorporate foods from your local community to keep things practical, accessible, and meaningful.

When we work together, we’ll focus on small, manageable steps that lead to lasting change over time while helping you build confidence in your nutrition choices. You’re in the driver’s seat, and I’m here to guide and support you along the way as you build habits that fit into your life.
